Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences for our digital products. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate user needs and business goals into innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
• Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and user-friendly across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design approaches.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
