About the Role: As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll work with cross-functional teams to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex IT and software development projects. You’ll bridge the gap between technical teams and business goals, ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management
Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to define project scope and requirements
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Monitor project progress and adapt to dynamic challenges with effective problem-solving
Communicate project status, milestones, and any obstacles to stakeholders clearly and regularly

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in software development or IT
Strong technical background, with an understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Asana, or Trello is a plus
