Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Senior Quality Analyst with 2-3 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our products through detailed testing, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures for web and mobile applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
• Work closely with development and product teams to understand project requirements and provide feedback on potential quality risks.
• Participate in test case reviews, status meetings, and retrospectives.
• Automate test cases where appropriate to improve efficiency and repeatability.
• Ensure test coverage is aligned with project goals and requirements.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve QA processes and practices within the team.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Quality Analyst or Tester in an IT/software development environment.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, FireFlink, LoadRunner).
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
• Knowledge of SQL and the ability to perform database testing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and testing in DevOps environments.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• ISTQB or similar certifications in software testing.
